Bread pan--Your bread bakes in a non-stick bread pan. This contains the kneading paddle, a rotating shaft that drives the paddle and a handle to lift the pan out of the breadmaker. Use plastic rather than metal utensils on the non-stick surface and wash the pan by hand.Cool wall--All of the breadmakers on test have insulated outer walls that stop the surfaces from getting too hot during baking. I had an older version of this machine so was sure it would just as good and it is. Easy to use etc. The paddles do tend to come off into the loaf but that's the same for most bread makers, not very helpful when making a cake though. Only niggle I have is the colour. It's not as white as the picture shows, more of a light grey. Otherwise FAB.(Read more)
