I am very pleased with this. Before I bought it, I read reviews about the bread not coming out easily, but I wonder if those people read the instructions properly and seasoned it before use. I did this and I've had no problems - bread falls straight out. My only regret is that I didn't get the next model up so I could do pizza dough and cakes.
