I must first confess to buying this particular breadmaker from John Lewis for £70:00 less.My white bread came out perfectly, whole meal bread took a little refinement to prevent the final rise collapsing ( I added a crushed vitamin C tablet).I tried the Soughdough recipe and was amazed that it worked perfectly, even using a program to develop my usable starter leaven within 24 hours ( instead of five days) !If I could suggest any improvements it would be (1) an illuminated back-lit display. & (2) a viewing window because I'm the inquisitive type.Thoroughly recommended.(Read more)
