Having read reviews of breadmakers which tended to emphasize any problems they were having I was a little nervous.However this unit has been superb. Being male and 68 I wondered how successful I might be believing that women inherited special genes for that sort of thing. The results have been superb.There is no skill involved the machine looks after itself. The instructions are quite clear and simple.The bread tastes so much better than supermarket bread that I shall not buy bread there again.
